Pathfinder for Success
The Pathfinder system is a unique and highly accurate approach that provides two benefits to participants:
-- A very detailed "portrait" of the unique and individual ways in which we do our best work.
-- A similarly precise view of the necessary and "core" competencies associated with success in specific occupations.
As a service and benefit to its members, the NCAA commissioned Pathfinder for Success Inc. to identify the key behavioral competencies for each of two career streams: head coach and athletics director. As a result, members can now compare their "personal portrait" or "style" with the results of this research.
The Pathfinder program is offered to NCAA members at a special price as follows:

The NCAA has negotiated with Pathfinder for Success Inc. to make its Pathfinder Career System available to visitors to the professional development portion of the NCAA.org Web site.
